Euthanasia and Individual Cremation$550
Dr. Pearce will examine your pet and discuss the issues that have brought us all together. Your pet is peacefully euthanized in the comfort of your home. After euthanasia your pet is transported to a licensed crematorium where he/she is cremated individually. Your pet’s remains are returned directly to your home in a standard urn along with a complimentary Clay Paw Print and Ink Paw Print. See our Urn Catalog for additional options.
Euthanasia and Communal Cremation $450
Your pet is peacefully euthanized in the comfort of your home. After the appointment your pet is transported to a licensed crematorium where he/she is cremated alongside other pets. Ashes are not available/returned. Each Communal Cremation includes a complimentary Ink Paw Print.
Euthanasia Alone $350
This service is for families that wish to keep their pets remains after the appointment. Dr. Pearce will perform the euthanasia in the comfort of your home and your pet will remain with you after the appointment.
Transportation + Individual Cremation $325

Private/Viewed Cremation $760
This is for families that wish to view their pets cremation. This service is scheduled and arranged with the crematorium in Mesa, AZ. You are provided a private viewing of the cremation and are given the opportunity to leave with your pets ashes that very day in a standard plastic urn. If you have selected an urn from our urn catalog, it will be delivered to your home in approximately 1-2 weeks along with the complimentary clay and ink paw prints.
For dogs 100-109 lbs an additional charge of $25 will apply. For dogs 110-140 lbs an additional charge of $50 will apply. For dogs 141-199 lbs an additional charge of $75 will apply. For dogs 200 lbs and over an additional charge of $100 will apply.
After hours, emergency, weekend and holiday fees ranging between $50-$100 may apply and will be discussed at the time of scheduling.
Extended Travel: We are based in Mesa near the cross streets of Power and Thomas but we service much of the valley. Additional fees may apply depending on the distance Dr. Peace must travel and will be discussed prior to the appointment. In general, if your home is 30 minutes or more from Dr. Pearce’s home an Extended Travel Fee will apply. Please see our contact page for a map of our location and approximate service area.
If at the time of the appointment you decide not to euthanize your pet, that is 100% OK. Dr. Pearce will examine your pet and make recommendations to improve his/her quality of life. A fee of $150 will apply for the visit and consultation.
